Millennium Parking Services (MPS) is South Wales’ largest independent car park management provider, with over 150 sites in the Swansea area alone – ranging from large housing estates, to colleges, retail parks and office spaces.

We are an approved contractor of the International parking community. We have 18 years experience in the sector assisting a varied clientele, with clients in geographical locations between Aberystwyth and Cardiff.

Professionalism

We have a dedicated customer liaison and appeals department, whose role is to ensure clear and professional operating practices and communication, and to fairly and objectively respond to members of the public who have incurred parking charge notices (PCNs) and wish to appeal against them.

MPS has a proven record of reducing nuisance parking and maximising usable space for clients, and via bespoke funding proposals, we are able to suggest and introduce alternative schemes which can assist client in generating revenue which was previously inaccessible.


Enforcement Officers

Our operational staff, known as Parking Enforcement Officers, are smartly uniformed in highly visible MPS attire, and attend all sites in brightly-liveried MPS vehicles in order to deter intentional contraventions to client parking rules and other antisocial trends.

Our total parking solution ensures that any worries regarding the operation of car park management at a client site are dealt with by MPS with total transparency. Our back office software allows our operatives to keep restricted parking areas clear, whilst simultaneously allowing clients to view or add notes to PCNs issued in real time via a dedicated and secure client portal, for a full understanding of the system.


TrackTik Solution

Millennium Security Services (MSS) and Millennium Parking Services (MPS) are exclusive providers of ‘TrackTik’ – The most comprehensive, security focused, back office system available.

Over the coming weeks, MSS and MPS clients will be provided with log-in details to access reports and incidents logged at their site by our trained operatives.

Secure, cloud based, with real-time document/photo/video uploads, available to them, whenever they want, wherever they are.

Individual parking

Millennium Parking Services offer a range of options, that can be bespoke to your private land.

These include:
-No Parking or restricted parking areas.
-Pay and Display car parking.
-Permit areas only.
-Automatic Number Plate Recognition (A.N.P.R), for high use public car parks.


No parking areas

If your car park or business has an area that needs to be kept clear at all times, Millennium Parking Services can provide a highly visible deterrent.


Areas that our clients use this option for are delivery areas, emergency service vehicles areas and Industrial estate roadways, which need to be kept for H.G.V traffic.


Pay and Display car parks

A popular localisation of private land, especially in busy areas, where parking is at premium, is to set up a Pay and Display car park. 

Millennium Parking Services, working with our approved contractors, can help with all aspects of car park set up, including signage (including bi-lingual signage), surface preparation, bay marking, and installation of Pay and Display machine(s) where needed.


We offer the support of cash collecting, banking and detailed reports, as well as regular patrolling of the car park.


Permit holders only

If your business or private car park is being misused, this can have a big impact on your business, your staff or if a housing development, the residents lives.

The simple introduction of permit holder only system, quickly and visually allows you to see who is authorised to park there and who isn’t.
This often tailored to include individual allocated bays in residential areas, management vehicle areas or dedicated visitor bays.


Automatic number plate recognition

If you have a large or high use car park, with an agreed free parking maximum stay term stay, a popular and effective option is to utilise ANPR cameras.
These unobtrusive cameras have the benefits of state of the art technology AND a secondary human verification of data to ensure accurate details are recorded.

A touch screen permit console is typically located on the customer service desk or staff reception. Upon arriving at your business, anyone who requires a permit inputs their full or partial registration, the console then generates a photography and confirms validation.
